| 分析轮胎生产过程中胎面定长的影响因素，并在胎面挤出和胎坯成型工序中采取措施提高胎面定长过程能力。优化胎面挤出工序过程设计、降低胎面收缩率、优化成型工序裁断定长系统、提高设备的定长精度，对提高胎面长度稳定性均有积极作用。胎面定长过程能力提高后，平均单机台胎面废弃数量明显减小。 |

| The influencing factors of tread length fixing during tire production were analyzed，and measures were taken to improve the process capability of tread length fixing during tread extrusion and green tire building.Optimizing the design of tread extrusion process，reducing the tread shrinkage，optimizing the cutting and length fixing system of the building process，improving the length fixing accuracy of the equipment，that played a positive role in improving the stability of the tread length fixing.After the improvement of the tread length fixing process capability，the average number of tread discards per single machine obviously decreased. |
