      研究不同成型机对轿车轮胎均匀性的影响,并提出相应改进方法。结果表明,一次法成型机成型轮胎的动平衡指标较优,而二次法成型机成型轮胎的径向力波动指标较优。对于一次法成型机,固化胎圈的锁圈压力,并优化充气定型压力和位置参数,解决胎圈滑移问题,从而促进轮胎径向力波动指标的改善。对于二次法成型机,调整胎面供料架的伸出长度和高度及胎面接头量,并优化不同部件接头的周向分布,使轮胎动平衡指标得以改进。
英文摘要:
      The effect of different bouilding machines on the uniformity of passenger car tire was studied,and the corresponding improvement methods were put forward.The results showed that the dynamic balance index of the tire bouilt by one-step bouilding machine was better,while the radial force variation index of the tire bouilt by two-step bouilding machine was better.For the one-step bouilding machine,the bead locking pressure was solidified,and the inflation setting pressure and position parameters were optimized to solve the problem of bead slip,so as to improve the radial force variation index of tire.For the two-step bouilding machine,adjusted the extension length and height of the tread feeding frame and the amount of tread joints,and optimized the circumferential distribution of the joints of different parts,so as to improve the dynamic balance index of tire.
