| 研究轿车轮胎成型工艺中胎坯外周长对轮胎外观和均匀性的影响，重点分析对径向不圆度及径向力波动的影响。结果表明：胎坯外周长对轮胎外观缺陷中胶边问题发生率有较大影响；胎坯外周长对轮胎均匀性指标径向不圆度及径向力波动的影响显著，当胎坯外周长大于模具内圆周长时，径向不圆度及径向力波动均值增大，轮胎均匀性变差。 |

| The effect of the outer circumference of green tire in the forming process on the appearance and uniformity of passenger car tire was studied，with emphasis on the effect on the radial roundness and radial force varriation.The results showed that the outer circumference of geen tire had a great influence on the incidence of rubber edge problem in tire appearance defects，and the effect of the outer circumference of green tire on the radial roundness and radial force varriation of the uniformity indexes of tire was also significant.When the outer circumference of green tire was bigger than the inner circumference of the mould，the mean value of the radial roundness and radial force varriation increased，and the uniformity of tire deceased. |
