      研究N,N′-二邻甲苯基硫脲的合成工艺。以邻甲苯胺、二硫化碳为原料,水为溶剂,加入催化剂A,在一定的温度下反应生成N,N′-二邻甲苯基硫脲,确定的最佳合成工艺条件为:邻甲苯胺/二硫化碳物质的量比为1/1.5,催化剂A/邻甲苯胺质量比为3.33/1 000;反应温度为第1阶段 48~50 ℃,第2阶段 60~65 ℃,第3阶段 95~100 ℃;反应时间为第1阶段 3 h,第2阶段 8 h,第3阶段 6 h。
英文摘要:
      The synthetic process of di-o-tolylthiourea was studied.Di-o-tolylthiourea was synthesized at a certain temperature with o-toluidine and carbon disulfide as raw materials,water as solvent and catalyst A.The optimum synthesis conditions were as follows:the molar ration of o-toluidine/carbon disulfide was 1/1.5,the mass ratio of catalyst A/o-toluidine was 3.33/1 000;the reaction temperature was 48~50 ℃ in the first stage,60~65 ℃ in the second stage,95~100 ℃ in the third stage;the reaction time was 3 hours in the first stage,8 hours in the second stage,6 hours in the third stage.
