      介绍385/65R22.5 24PR宽基全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 073.6 mm,断面宽 386 mm,行驶面宽度 310 mm,行驶面弧度高 13.2 mm,胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 324 mm,断面水平轴位置(H/1/H/2) 0.925。胎面花纹的主花纹沟为4条不同折度的纵向沟,中间两道直沟,边部为折沟,花纹周节数 69,花纹饱和度 78%,花纹深度 17.5 mm。施工设计:带束层结构为4层带束层,1#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33ST钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT钢丝帘线,胎面采用小翼胶配合胎面胶设计,胎面下方加贴一层胶片;成型方式为大胶囊鼓一次法成型,硫化采用热板式硫化机。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、静负荷性能符合国家标准和相应设计要求,耐久性能符合企业标准要求。

      The design of 385/65R22.5 24PR wide base truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 073.6 mm,cross-sectional width 386 mm,width of running surface 310 mm,arc height of running surface 13.2 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 324 mm,maximum width position of cross-section( H/1/H/2) 0.925.The main grooves of the tread pattern had four longitudinal grooves with different folds,two straight grooves in the middle,and folded grooves on the sides,the number of pattern pitches 61,block/total ratio 78%,pattern depth 17.5 mm.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:belt layer structure was 4 layers of belt ,1# belt adopted 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord,2# and 3#belt adopted 3+8×0.33ST steel cord,4# belt adopted 5×0.30HI steel cord,the carcass adopted 3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT steel cord,the tread was designed with small wing compound and tread compound,and a layer of film was pasted under the tread.The method was a large capsule drum one-stage building,vulcanization adopted hot plate vulcanizing machine.The test results of finished tire showed that the inflated perpheral dimension,strength and static load performance of finished tire met the requirement of national standards and corresponding design,and the durability met the requirements of enterprise standard.
