      介绍9.00R20NHS井下矿用光面全钢工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 050 mm,断面宽 255 mm,行驶面宽度 230 mm,行驶面弧度高 10 mm,胎圈着合直径 510 mm,胎圈着合宽度 184 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.753,胎面采用光面花纹,花纹深度 51 mm,胎肩增加测深沟标识设计。施工设计:胎面采用三层结构,胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,1#带束层采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15HT钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,采用一次法两鼓成型机成型,采用双模热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均达到国家标准及相应设计要求。
英文摘要:
      Design of 9.00R20NHS smooth off-the-road radial tire for underground mine was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 050 mm,cross-section width 255 mm,width of running surface 230 mm,arc height of running surface 10 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 510 mm,bead width at rim seat 184 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2) 0.753,using smooth pattern for tread,pattern depth 51 mm,and adding groove depth measuring design for shoulder.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using three-layer structure for tread,using 0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass,3+9+15×0.175+0.15HT steel cord for 1# belt,3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for and 2# and 3# belts,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 4# belt,using one-stage two-drum building machine to build tire and dual-mode hot plate curing press to cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that the inflation peripheral dimension and physical properties of the finished tire met the requirements of national standard and corresponding design.
