      以使用或不用校直器和过捻器为工艺变化因素,设计4种不同的捻制工艺生产3+9+15×0.22钢丝帘线,研究捻制工艺对钢丝帘线性能的影响。结果表明:不同捻制工艺生产的3+9+15×0.22钢丝帘线性能存在差异,芯股破断力的捻制损失较小,面线破断力的捻制损失较大,捻制后面线破断力明显下降;钢丝帘线破断力的捻制损失来自于两部分,第一部分为各组成单元经过捻制时产生的破断力下降,第二部分为钢丝帘线各组成单元在拉伸受力时的不协调变形引起的破断力下降;采用校直器与过捻器组合消除钢丝帘线残余应力的方式可使多层结构钢丝帘线各组成单元的拉伸受力协调性最优。
英文摘要:
      With or without of straightener and over twister as the variation factor of process,four different twisting processes were designed to produce 3+9+15×0.22 steel cord,and the effect of twisting process on the properties of steel cord was studied.The results showed that the properties of 3+9+15×0.22 steel cord produced by different twisting processes were different,the twisting loss of core strand breaking force was smaller,the twisting loss of outer monofilament breaking force was larger and the breaking force decreased significantly.The loss of breaking force of steel cord came from two parts.The first part was the loss of breaking force caused by the twisting of each components,and the second part was caused by the uncoordinated deformation of each component of the steel cord under tensile stress.The combination of straightener and overtwister to eliminate the residual stress of the steel cord could make the tensile stress coordination of each component of the multi-layer steel cord the best.
