      研究圆柱支座半径和张紧力等测试参数对胶管钢丝反复弯曲试验结果的影响。结果表明:圆柱支座半径越小,胶管钢丝弯曲次数越少,且两者呈近似幂指数关系;按照GB/T 238—2013选择较小圆柱支座半径,弯曲试验结果更稳定,可有效降低试验误差导致误判的几率;张紧力过大会导致胶管钢丝弯曲性能明显下降。
英文摘要:
      The influence of test parameters such as cylindrical support radius and tension on the result of repeated bending test of rubber hose steel wire was studied.The results showed that the smaller the radius of cylindrical support was,the lower the bending times of rubber hose steel wire was,and the relationship between them was approximately power exponent.Selecting a smaller cylindrical support radius according to GB/T 238—2013 could make the bending test result more stable,which could effectively reduce the probability of misjudgment caused by test error,and the excessive tension would lead to the obvious decline of the bending property of the rubber hose steel wire.
