| Calendered steel cord tip-rise during cutting was a common problem in tire manufacturing.The reasons were analyzed from steel cord，calendering process parameters，equipment and so on.The problem of steel cord tip-rise was improved obviously by adjusting of steel cord production，optimizing calendering process parameters and sizing the calendering equipment. |
