      从轮胎结构入手,采用单一变量控制法,研究三角胶高度、三角胶硬度、胎体帘布层数、胎体帘布反包高度及冠带条缠绕方式对285/35ZR22 106XL/W低扁平比轿车子午线轮胎耐久性能的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,三角胶高度和三角胶硬度越小,轮胎低气压耐久性能越好;与胎体采用单层2200dtex/3聚酯帘布的轮胎相比,胎体采用双层1100dtex/2聚酯帘布的轮胎低气压耐久性能更优;与胎体帘布反包至三角胶上方10 mm的轮胎相比,胎体帘布反包至带束层底部的轮胎低气压耐久性能更优;与1.5层冠带条缠绕轮胎相比,2层冠带条缠绕的轮胎低气压耐久性能更优。
英文摘要:
      Starting from the tire structure,the effects of the apex height,apex hardness,carcass ply number,carcass ply turn up height and crown strip winding mode on the low pressure durability of 285/35ZR22 106XL/W low flat ratio passenger car radial tire were studied by single variable control method.The results showed that in a certain range,the smaller the apex height and the apex hardness were,the better low pressure durability of the tire was.Compared with the tire with single-layer 2200dtex/3 polyester cord,the tire with double-layer 1100dtex/2 polyester cord had better low pressure durability.Compared with the tire whose carcass ply was inverted 10 mm above the apex,the tire whose carcass ply was inverted to the bottom of the belt had better low pressure durability.Compared with tire with 1.5 plys crown strip winding,the tire with 2 plys crown strip winding had better low pressure durability.
