      以445/45R19.5轮胎为研究对象,通过有限元分析研究3+9×0.22W,0.25+6+12×0.225HT,0.22+6+11×0.205 3种胎体钢丝帘线对轮胎下沉量的影响。结果表明:胎体分别采用这3种钢丝帘线,帘线密度为50,60,70,80根·dm-1时,轮胎下沉量变化区间集中在0%~0.50%,即胎体钢丝帘线密度和类型与轮胎下沉量呈弱相关关系。因此在优化材料参数改善轮胎性能时,可以忽略胎体钢丝帘线密度和类型对轮胎下沉量的交互影响。
英文摘要:
      Taking 445/45R19.5 tire as the research object,the effect of 3+9×0.22W,0.25+6+12×0.225HT,0.22+6+11×0.205 three kinds of carcass steel cords on tire sinkage were studied through finite element analysis.The results showed that,when the three kinds of steel cords were used in the carcass and the cord densities were 50,60,70 and 80 pieces · dm-1 respectively,the variation range of tire sinkage was concentrated in 0%~0.50%,that was,the density and type of carcass steel cords had a weak correlation relationship with the tire sinkage.Therefore,when optimizing material parameters to improve tire performance,the interactive effect of the density and type of carcass steel cord on tire sinkage could be ignored.
