      不溶性硫黄生产过程产生的工艺尾气中含有大量的二硫化碳气体。通过研究不同冷凝温度下不溶性硫黄工艺尾气中各气体组分的比例,模拟冷凝后二硫化碳尾气的气体组成,测试不同冷凝温度下尾气的爆炸极限,得到各爆炸下限氧含量。试验结果可以为不溶性硫黄安全生产,特别是涉及二硫化碳尾气的生产流程、安全设计和生产监控提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The process tail gas produced in the production of insoluble sulfur contained a large amount of carbon disulfide gas.In this paper,by studying the proportion of gas components in insoluble sulfur process tail gas at different condensation temperatures and simulating the gas composition of carbon disulfide tail gas after condensation,the explosion limit of the tail gas at different condensation temperatures were measured to obtain the oxygen content corresponding to each explosion limit.The test results could provide reference for the safe production of insoluble sulfur,especially for the production process,safety design and production monitoring involving carbon disulfide tail gas
