      采用乳液共混法将纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)与天然胶乳直接混合,制备TiO2/天然橡胶(NR)纳米复合材料,研究自然凝固、乙酸凝固、氯化钙凝固3种凝固方式和TiO2用量对TiO2/NR纳米复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:乙酸凝固制得的NR及TiO2/NR纳米复合材料的综合性能最优;TiO2的加入可有效提高NR复合材料的物理性能和耐老化性能;随着TiO2用量的增大,TiO2/NR纳米复合材料的物理性能明显提高,耐老化性能有一定程度提升。
英文摘要:
      Through direct mixing of nano titanium dioxide(TiO2) and natural rubber latex by emulsion blending method,TiO2/natural rubber(NR) nanocomposites were prepared.The effects of three coagulation methods,natural coagulation,acetic acid coagulation and calcium chloride coagulation,and TiO2 amount on the properties of TiO2/NR nanocomposites were studied.The results showed that the comprehensive properties of NR and TiO2/NR nanocomposites prepared by acetic acid coagulation were the best.The addition of TiO2 could effectively improve the physical properties and aging resistance of NR composites.With the increase of TiO2 amount,the physical properties of the composites were significantly improved,and the aging resistance was improved to a certain extent.
