      以从碳五(C5)馏分中分离出的主要组分间戊二烯、异戊二烯和异戊烯为原料,烷烃和不活泼烯烃为溶剂,无水三氯化铝为催化剂,合成C5石油树脂。研究3种组分用量对C5石油树脂软化点和色度的影响,获得物理性质优异的C5石油树脂的适宜原料用量:间戊二烯 24%~32%,异戊二烯 ≤10%,异戊烯 6%~12%。
英文摘要:
      C5 petroleum resin was synthesized with the main components piperylene,isoprene and isopentene separated from C5 fraction as raw materials,alkanes and inactive olefins as solvents,and anhydrous AlCl3 as catalyst. The effect of the amount of three components on the softening point and chromaticity of C5 petroleum resin was studied. The suitable raw materials amount for C5 petroleum resin with excellent physical properties were 24%~32% for piperylene,less than or equal to 10% for isoprene,6%~12% for isopentene.
