中文摘要:
      研究防焦剂CTP对巯基硅烷Si747改性白炭黑胶料性能的影响。结果表明:在巯基硅烷Si747与白炭黑硅烷化反应过程中,加入防焦剂CTP,能够延缓巯基与橡胶的早期交联,降低胶料的Payne效应;能够改善老化前后胶料的物理性能和耐磨性能,对湿地抓着性能和生热无不利影响。
英文摘要:
      The effect of antiscorching agent CTP on the properties of silica compound modified by mercaptosilane Si747 was studied.The results showed that,the addition of antiscorching agent CTP in the silylation process of mercaptosilane Si747 and silica could delay the early crosslinking between mercaptosilane and rubber,reduce the Payne effect of compound.The physical properties,wear properties of the vulcanizate were improved.It had no adverse effect on wet resistance and heat build-up.
