      研究高结构炭黑NC8515在全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:炭黑NC8515的氮吸附比表面积和外表面积均较炭黑N234小,但吸油值和压缩样吸油值大于炭黑N234,结构高;炭黑NC8515粒径略大于炭黑N234,但其聚集体及粒径分布无明显差别;添加炭黑NC8515的混炼胶的门尼焦烧时间延长,加工安全性提高,硫化胶生热和滚动阻力降低,耐磨性能提高;成品轮胎路试结果差异不大,单位磨耗行驶里程为2 2600~24 000 km。
英文摘要:
      The application of high structure carbon black NC8515 in the tread compound of all steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that,the nitrogen adsorption specific surface area and external surface area of carbon black NC8515 were smaller than that of carbon black N234,but the oil absorption value and compressed oil absorption value were higher than that of carbon black N234.The particle size of carbon black NC8515 was slightly larger than that of carbon black N234,but there was no significant difference in aggregate and particle size distribution.The Monney scorch time of the compound with carbon black NC8515 was prolonged,the processing safety was improved,the heat build-up and rolling resistance of the vulcanizate were reduced and the wear resistance was improved.The road test results of two finished tires had little difference,and the driving mileage per unit wear was between 22 600~24 000 km.
