      研究酚醛树脂对氯丁橡胶(CR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:在CR中加入酚醛树脂,胶料的门尼粘度减小,交联密度增大,焦烧时间明显缩短;硫化胶的硬度、定伸应力、回弹值和弹性模量(E′)增大,损耗因子(tanδ)减小;妥尔油改性酚醛树脂补强CR胶料的门尼粘度最小,撕裂强度、回弹值和E′最大,tanδ最小,压缩生热最低。
英文摘要:
      The effects of phenolic resins on the properties of chloroprene rubber(CR) compound were studied.The results showed that by adding phenolic resins in CR,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,the crosslinking density increased and scorch time was shortened significantly.The hardness,modulus,rebound value and elastic modulus(E′) of the vulcanizate increased,and the loss factor (tanδ) decreased.The Mooney viscosity of CR compound reinforced by tol oil modified phenolic resin was the smallest,and the tear strength,rebound value and E′ were the largest,tanδ was the smallest and compression heat build-up was the lowest.
