      研究3种冷冻修边模具结构对小规格O形橡胶密封圈的冷冻修边效果。结果表明,结构设计有菱形或矩形修边刀口的模具的产品修边效果优于无修边刀口模具;在一定范围内,修边位面积越大,修边效果越好;模具采用矩形修边刀口能够有效降低产品返工率,减小材料损耗,提高企业利润。
英文摘要:
      The effect of three frozen trimming mold structure on the freezing trimming of small O-shaped rubber sealing ring was studied.The results showed that the trimming effect of the products with rhombic or rectangular trimming edge in the mold structure design was better than that without trimming edge.In a certain range,the larger the area of the trimming edge was,the better the trimming effect was.The mold with rectangular trimming edge could effectively reduce the product rework rate and the material loss and improve the profits of the enterprise.
