      研究连续法不溶性硫黄在钢丝粘合胶料中的应用。结果表明,与间歇法不溶性硫黄相比,连续法不溶性硫黄的粒径较小,在橡胶基体中分散更均匀,胶料的硫化特性和物理性能相当,粘合性能更好,生热更低。连续法工艺路线符合不溶性硫黄未来发展方向。
英文摘要:
      The application of continuous process insoluble sulfur in steel-bonded compounds was studied.The results showed that,compared with the batch process insoluble sulfur,the particle size of continuous process insoluble sulfur was smaller and its dispersion in rubber matrix was more uniform.The curing characteristics and physical properties of continuous process insoluble sulfur compounds were comparable,the bonding property was better,and the heat generation wass lower.The continuous process was in line with the future development direction of insoluble sulfur.
