      分析半钢子午线轮胎冠带层打褶的产生原因并提出相应的解决措施。一段胎坯与冠带层的距离大、胎坯外周长偏小、冠带层宽度设计不合理、冠带层端点与胎冠端点集中、胎肩成型打压不良、半成品粘性差、胎冠和胎侧尺寸设计不合理、冠带层缠绕不良等均会导致冠带层打褶。通过合理选取工艺参数、加强工艺管理、优化结构设计等措施,可有效避免冠带层打褶,降低轮胎废品率。
英文摘要:
      The causes of crown belt fold of steel-belted radial tire were analyzed,and corresponding solutions were proposed.It was found that the main causes were as follows:large distance between the first section green tire and crown belt,small overall circumference of the green tire,unreasonable design of the crown belt width,the concentration of end points of the crown belt and the crown,poor mold pressing of the tire shoulder,insufficient viscosity of the half parts,unreasonable design of the size of crown and sidewall,poor winding of the crown belt.Measures such as reasonable selection of process parameters,strengthening of process management,optimization of structure design could effectively avoid the crown belt fold and reduce the reject rate.
