      采用超高石灰铝法处理促进剂二苯胍生产废水,研究氢氧化钙和偏铝酸钠物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间对废水中硫酸根去除率的影响。结果表明:在氢氧化钙/偏铝酸钠物质的量比为3/1、反应温度为90 ℃、反应时间为60 min的条件下,废水中的硫酸根去除率可达到97%;反应产物钙矾石可作为类水滑石使用,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
英文摘要:
      Ultra high lime aluminum process was used to treat production wastewater of accelerator diphenylguanidine.The effects of the molar ratio of calcium hydroxide and sodium metaaluminate,reaction temperature,reaction time on sulfate removal rate were investigated.The results show that,the sulfate removal rate could reach 97% when the molar ratio of calcium hydroxide and sodium metaaluminate was 3/1,the reaction temperature was 90 ℃,and the reaction time was 60 min.The reaction product ettringite could be used as hydrotalcite like material,and good economic and social benefits were achieved.
