      研究高比表面积白炭黑对轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明,与低比表面积白炭黑胶料相比,高比表面积白炭黑胶料填料之间的作用较强,填料分散性较差,混炼胶门尼粘度较高、硫化速率较慢,硫化胶强伸性能较好。适当减小高比表面积白炭黑用量,同时适当增大偶联剂和促进剂用量,可以提高胶料的加工性能,并更好地平衡抗湿滑性能和滚动阻力。
英文摘要:
      The effect of high specific surface area silica on tread compound of passenger car radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with the compound filled with low specific surface area silica,the compound filled with high specific surface area silica had stronger filler-filler interaction,poor filler dispersion,higher Mooney viscosity and slower vulcanization rate.The vulcanizate had better tensile properties.By reducing the amount of high specific surface area silica and increasing the amount of coupling agent and accelerator,the processability of the compound could be improved and the wet skid resistance and rolling resistance could be better balanced.
