      研究妥尔油改性酚醛树脂SL2101用量对丁腈橡胶(NBR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:随着酚醛树脂SL2101用量的增大,NBR胶料的门尼粘度减小,门尼焦烧时间缩短,t90延长,硫化速度减慢,交联密度增大,硫化胶的邵尔A型硬度和定伸应力增大,拉断伸长率减小;添加少量的酚醛树脂SL2101有助于提高胶料的耐热氧老化性能。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the amounts of tall oil-modified phenolic resin SL2101 on the properties of nitrite butadiene rubber(NBR) compound was studied.The results showed that as the amounts of phenolic resin increased,the Mooney viscosity of NBR compound decreased,the Mooney scorch time was shortened,the t90 extended,the curing speed was slowed down and crosslinking density increased.The Shore A hardness and modulus of the vulcanizate increased,but the elongation at break decreased.The addition of a small amount of phenolic resin SL2101 could improve the heat and oxygen aging properties of the compound.
