      研究复合型纳米氧化锌在高性能子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,复合型纳米氧化锌因其粒径小、比表面积大且活性高,在胎面胶中可大幅减量替代间接法氧化锌使用。在胎面胶中以半量复合型纳米氧化锌替代间接法氧化锌时,硫化胶的白炭黑分散等级相当,密度减小,定伸应力提高,磨耗性能相当,0和60 ℃损耗因子略增大,能够实现在轮胎胎面胶中减少氧化锌用量、降低成本的效果。
英文摘要:
      The application of composite nano zinc oxide in tread compound of high performance radial tire was studied.The results showed that,the composite nano zinc oxide replace the indirect zinc oxide in tread compound in reduced amount because of its small particle size,large specific surface area and high activity.When the indirect zinc oxide was replaced by half amount of composite nano zinc oxide in tread compound,the silica dispersion of vulcanizate was equivalent,the modulus was improved,the wear resistence was the same,and the loss factor at 0 ℃ and 60 ℃ increased slightly,which could reduce the amount of zinc oxide in tire tread compound and the cost.
