      介绍445/50R22.5宽基低断面全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 012 mm,断面宽 447 mm,行驶面宽度 385 mm,行驶面弧度高 12 mm,胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 380 mm,断面水平轴位置(H 1/H 2) 0.989,胎面花纹采用6条纵向花纹沟设计,花纹深度 14.5 mm,花纹饱和度 78%,花纹周节数 51。施工设计:采用双复合挤出胎面,1#和2#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用0.25+6+12×0.225HT钢丝帘线,采用一次法三鼓成型机成型、双模蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明:轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到相应国家标准和企业标准要求。

      The design on 445/50R22.5 wide base low profile truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?1 012 mm,cross-sectional width?447 mm,width of running surface 385 mm,arc height of running surface 12 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?569.5 mm,bead width at rim seat?380 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H 1/H 2)?0.989,using 6 longitudinal grooves tread pattern design,pattern depth?14.5 mm,block/total ratio?78%,and number of pattern pitches?51.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using double compound extruded tread,3+8×0.33HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 3# belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt,0.25+6+12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass,using one-step three-drum building machine to build tires,and double mold steam vulcanizing press to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength,durability of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding national and enterprise standards.
