      介绍215/70R17.5 10PR 118/116L无内胎半钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 741 mm,断面宽 204 mm,行驶面宽度 164 mm,胎冠曲线采用反向弧设计,胎圈着合直径 442.8 mm,胎圈着合宽度 178 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1 /H2 ) 1.0,采用4条纵向花纹沟设计,花纹深度 12 mm,花纹饱和度 71.3%,花纹周节数 63。施工设计:胎面胶采用乳聚丁苯橡胶与顺丁橡胶并用的生胶体系,带束层采用2层2+7×0.28HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层2220dtex/2聚酯帘线,胎体上加贴2层锦纶帘布过渡补强层,胎圈采用软、硬三角胶,采用二次法成型机成型、B型液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明:轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应设计和国家标准要求,胎圈耐久性能显著提高。
英文摘要:
      The design on 215/70R17.5 10PR 118/116L tubeless steel-belted truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?741 mm,cross-sectional width?204 mm,width of running surface 164 mm,reverse arc design for crown curve,bead diameter at rim seat?442 mm,bead width at rim seat?178 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1 /H2 ?1.0,using 4 longitudinal grooves tread pattern design,pattern depth?12 mm,block/total ratio?71.3%,and number of pattern pitches?63.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using double compound extrusion tread,emulsion styrene butadiene rubber and cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber for tread compond,2 layers of 2+7×0.28HT steel cord for belt,2 layers 2220dtex/2 polyester cord for carcass,pasting two layers of nylon cord transition reinforcing layer on the carcass,soft and hard triangular rubber for bead,using two-step building machine to build tires,and B type hydraulic vulcanizing press to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength,durability and high speed performance of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding design and enterprise standards,and bead durability was improved significantly.
