      分析汽车车门密封条与钣金密封面之间的相对滑动、硬接触等造成的动态异响,结合非线性有限元分析软件Msc.Marc对密封条断面进行分析及实车异响排查验证,确定异响源于门洞密封条与车门摩擦或密封条本体撞击粘连,对密封条结构进行优化,彻底解决此类异响问题,并提高密封条的密封性。密封条结构优化后压缩载荷衰减率从7.64%降到5.82%,可为后续车型设计提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The dynamic abnormal sound caused by the relative sliding and hard contact between the automobile door sealing strip and the sheet metal sealing surface was analyzed.Combining with the non-linear finite element analysis software Msc.Marc,the sealing strip section was analyzed and verified by the actual automobile abnormal sound troubleshooting.It was determined that the abnormal sound was caused by the friction between the door side body sealing strip and the door or the impact and adhesion of the sealing strip bodies.The sealing strip structure was optimized to solve the abnormal sound problem thoroughly,and the sealing performance of the sealing strip was improved.The attenuation rate of compression load was reduced from 7.64% to 5.82% after the optimization of sealing strip structure,which could provide reference for the design of subsequent automobile models.
