      研究裂解炭黑在全钢载重子午线轮胎过渡层胶中的应用。结果表明:裂解炭黑和炭黑N326的理化性能、粒径和结构度差别明显,裂解炭黑中除碳、硫、氧元素外还含有金属元素;在全钢载重子午线轮胎过渡层胶中,当炭黑N326/裂解炭黑并用比为43/15时,胶料老化前后的压缩疲劳温升最低,拉断伸长率和回弹值较高,定伸应力和撕裂强度略低,损耗因子较小,每千克混炼胶原材料成本降低约0.17元。
英文摘要:
      The application of pyrolysis carbon black in the transition layer compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that the physical and chemical properties,particle size and structure degree of pyrolysis carbon black and carbon black N326 were obviously different.Besides carbon,sulfur and oxygen,pyrolysis carbon black contained metal elements.In the transition layer compound of truck and bus radial tire,when the amount ratio of carbon black N326/pyrolysis carbon black was 43/15,the compression fatigue temperature rise was the lowest,the elongation at break and resilience were higher,the modulus and tear strength were slightly lower,the loss factor was smaller,and the cost of raw material was reduced by 0.17 yuan per kilogram.
