| 研究改性203树脂在半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明,在半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶中使用改性203树脂等量替代R7510H树脂,胶料的焦烧时间略延长, t 90 略缩短,表面初始粘性和粘性保持率均有所提高,硫化胶60 ℃时的损耗因子明显减小,压缩疲劳温升和滚动阻力降低,其他物理性能相差不大。 |

| The application of modified 203 resin in sidewall compound of steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that,the modified 203 resin was used to equivalently replace the R7510H resin in the sidewall compound of steel-belted radial tire,the scorch time of the compound was slightly prolonged,the t 90 was slightly shortened,and the surface initial viscosity and viscosity retention rate of the vulcanizate increased,the loss factor at 60 ℃ was reduced,the temperature rise of compression fatigue decreased,and other physical properties were similar. |
