      研究二烷基二硫代磷酸锌在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌和偶联剂Si69并用对于提高全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶抗硫化返原性能和降低填料表面界面能均具有协同作用,有助于促进橡胶与填料的结合,硫化胶生热降低并较好地平衡了抗焦烧性能和硫化特性。在相同用量下,添加二烷基二硫代磷酸锌的基部胶硫化特性和物理性能与添加促进剂DTDM和WK-7的基部胶相近,硫化胶生热降低且更环保,成本降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of zinc alkyl dithiophosphate in all-steal truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results show that,the combination of zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate and coupling agent Si69 had a synergistic effect on improving the anti reversion property of all-steal truck and bus radial tire tread compound and reducing the surface interface energy of filler,promoting the combination of rubber and filler,reducing the heat bulid-up of vulcanizate and better balancing the scorch resistance and curing characteristics.At the same dosage,the vulcanization and physical properties of the base compound with zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate were similar to those with accelerant DTDM and WK-7. The heat build-up of the vulcanizate was decreased and the cost was reduced.
