中文摘要:
      研究粘合剂RC在钢丝编织液压胶管内外层胶中的应用。结果表明:随着粘合剂RC用量的增大,钢丝编织液压胶管内外层胶的门尼粘度均逐渐减小,门尼焦烧时间和t90均逐渐延长,FL和Fmax变化不大;内外层胶的硬度、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均变化不大,压缩永久变形逐渐增大,耐热空气老化性能下降。粘合剂RC用量对内外层胶的耐溶液性能影响较小,对内外层胶与镀铜钢丝的粘合性能有较大提升作用。
英文摘要:
      The application of adhesive RC in lining and cover compound of steel wire braided hydraulic rubber hose was studied.The results showed that,the Mooney viscosity of the lining and cover compound of the steel wire braided hydraulic rubber hose was decreased with the increase of the amount of adhesive RC,the Mooney scorch time and t90 were increased gradually,and FL and Fmax were changed little.The hardness,tensile strength and elongation at break of the lining and cover compound of compound were changed little,the compression set was increased gradually,and the heat-resistant air aging property was decreased.The amount of adhesive RC had little effect on the solution-resistance of the lining and cover compound,and had a greater effect on the adhesion property between the ilining and cover compound and copper coated steel wire.
