英文摘要:
      The market situation,power characteristics and special requirements for tire performance of new energy vehicles are described in detail.The rubbers,fillers,coupling agents and processing aids are systematically analyzed from the perspective of tire tread formula design,so as to clarify the selection ideas of raw materials for reference of formula designers.The rubber component is preferred to select modified solution polystyrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR),which can achieve the balance of rolling resistance and gripping performance.The silica is the main filler and inorganic fillers can be used in combination.Silica is used as the main filler and suitable inorganic filler can be used in combination.The high-performance coupling agent NXT can be used as coupling agent to balance rolling resistance and processing performance.In addition, some processing aids that can reduce the Mooney viscosity of compound and improve the tear resistance can also be considered.
