      介绍中国石油独山子石化公司百万吨乙烯工程废烃回收综合利用工艺路线及工业化应用方案。分析聚苯乙烯装置、丁苯橡胶装置、苯乙烯装置、己烯-1装置和溶聚丁苯橡胶连续聚合中试装置废烃的组分,设计橡胶联合车间废烃、烯烃一联合车间废烃和乙烯一联合车间污油回收循环利用工艺路线,实施工业化应用方案,改造量小、投资低,实现了各种废烃的绿色循环使用,达到百万吨乙烯工程废烃零排放目标,消除了废烃装卸、运输和处理环节的安全和环保风险,同时提高了经济效益和社会效益。
英文摘要:
      The comprehensive utilization process and industrial application scheme of waste hydrocarbon recovery in million tons ethylene project of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company of PetroChina were introduced.The components of waste hydrocarbon in polystyrene unit,SBR unit,styrene unit,hexene-1 unit and SSBR pilot unit were analyzed,recycling processes of waste hydrocarbon and waste oil in rubber workshop,olefin workshop and ethylene workshop were designed,and the industrial application scheme were carried out.With small transformation and low investment,the green recycling of various waste hydrocarbons had been realized,and the zero emission target of waste hydrocarbons in million tons ethylene project had been achieved.The safety and environmental risks in the process of loading, unloading,transportation and disposal of waste hydrocarbons had been eliminated,and the economic and social benefits had been improved.
