      研究聚酯织物增强胶管的粘合性能,主要考察填料和粘合体系对胶管内外层胶性能的影响。结果表明:与其他橡胶补强材料相比,白炭黑更有利于提高橡胶与聚酯纤维的粘合性能;针对特定表面活化处理的聚酯纤维材料,添加间-甲-白粘合体系能够显著提高橡胶与聚酯纤维的粘合性能。
英文摘要:
      The adhesive property of polyester fabric reinforced rubber hose was studied.The effects of fillers and adhesive system on the properties of inner and outer layer compound of rubber hose were mainly investigated.The results show that,compared with other rubber reinforcing materials, silica was more conducive to improve the adhesion between polyester fiber and rubber compound.The adhesion between polyester fiber and rubber compound could be significantly improved by resorcinol-formaldehyde-silica system for the polyester fiber materials with specific surface activation treatment.
