| 测试活化芳纶工业丝的基本物理性能并对其进行捻线、织布、浸胶等工艺处理制成EPP1250-1350芳纶纤维浸胶帆布，进行成品性能检测。结果表明：活化芳纶工业丝有较高的强力和模量、良好的热稳定性；EPP1250-1350芳纶纤维浸胶帆布的外观与物理性能均良好；芳纶纤维浸胶帆布作为输送带浸胶骨架材料的优势包括成槽性好、使用寿命长、接头耐久性能好、轻量化、阻燃性能优异等。 |

| The basic physical properties of the activated aramid industrial yarn was tested，EPP1250-1350 aramid fiber impregnated canvas was made through processing such as twisting，weaving and impregnation，and the performance of the finished product was tested.The results showed that，activated aramid industrial yarn had high strength and modulus，good thermal stability.EPP1250-1350 aramid fiber impregnated canvas had good appearance and physical properties.Aramid fiber impregnated canvas as the impregnated framework material of conveyor belt had some advantages such as good grooving performance，long service life，good joint durability，lightweight，excellent flame retardant performance，etc. |
