      研究硬脂酸盐对氯化聚乙烯橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,硬脂酸钙能提高氯化聚乙烯橡胶胶料的交联密度和硫化速率,进而提高硫化胶的综合性能,可用作氯化聚乙烯橡胶的活性促进剂。硬脂酸锌会加快氯化聚乙烯橡胶中氯化氢的脱出,大幅降低交联密度和硫化胶性能。硬脂酸镁和硬脂酸钡对氯化聚乙烯橡胶的性能影响不大。
英文摘要:
      The effect of stearate on the properties of chlorinated polyethylene rubber was investigated.The results showed that,the crosslinking density and curing rate of chlorinated polyethylene rubber were increased after adding calcium stearate,and then the comprehensive properties of the vulcanizate was improved.It can be used as active promoter of chlorinated polyethylene rubber.The dehydrochlorination of chlorinated polyethylene rubber were accelerated after adding zinc stearate,and the crosslinking density and vulcanizate properties were greatly reduced.Magnesium stearate and barium stearate had little effect on the properties of chlorinated polyethylene rubber.
