      研究增塑剂种类、硫化体系和不同牌号氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)对胶料压缩永久变形的影响。结果表明:增塑剂DTDA和硫化剂BIPB有利于减小HNBR胶料的压缩永久变形;随着硫化剂BIPB用量的增大,HNBR胶料的压缩永久变形逐渐减小直至平稳,硫化剂BIPB与助交联剂TMPTMA配合使用效果更佳;Zhanber? HNBR系列产品的耐压缩永久变形性能总体较好,其中低丙烯腈含量HNBR胶料的压缩永久变形小于高丙烯腈含量HNBR胶料,低饱和度HNBR胶料的压缩永久变形小于高饱和度HNBR胶料。
英文摘要:
      The effects of plasticizer,curing system and different grades of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)on the compression set of the compound were studied. The results showed that the compression set of HNBR compound could be effectively reduced by using plasticizer DTDA and curing agent BIPB. As the amount of curing agent BIPB increased,the compression set decreased gradually to a stable value. Better effect was obtained with use of co-agent TMPTMA. Zhanber? HNBR series had good compression set properties in general,and the compression set of those HNBR with low acrylonitrile content or low saturation were less than that with high acrylonitrile content or high saturation.
