      介绍轮胎噪声室内测试环境及测试方法,对半消音室背景噪声、轮胎预热时间、传感器位置等影响因素进行研究。结果表明:半消音室环境完全能够满足国内外标准对轮胎噪声测试中背景噪声的要求;半钢和全钢子午线轮胎的最佳预热时间分别为15和20 min;轮胎花纹的气动噪声应该选择距离地面最近的传感器所测的噪声;与轮胎中心距离和距离地面高度相同、角度不同的传感器,在正对着轮胎胎面的位置测得的噪声最大,在胎侧位置测得的噪声次之,在轴向位置测得的噪声最小;随着传感器与轮胎中心距离和距离地面高度的增大,轮胎噪声均降低。在评价低噪声轮胎时,应根据各个位置倍频程中心频率噪声声压级中的最大值构造的新的合成噪声声压级来进行评价。
英文摘要:
      The laboratory test environment and test method of tire noise were introduced,and the influence factors such as background noise of semi-anechoic room,tire preheating time,sensor position were studied.The results showed that the semi-anechoic room environment could fully meet the requirements of domestic and foreign standards for the background noise in tire noise test,and the optimal preheating time of steel-belted and all-steel radial tire were 15 and 20 min respectively;the aerodynamic noise of tire tread pattern should be measured by the sensor nearest to the ground;when the sensors with the same distance to the tire center,the height from the ground and different angles,the tire noise tested by the sensors facing the tire tread position was the largest,followed by the tire sidewall position and the smallest noise in the axial position.With the increase of the distance between the sensor and the tire center and the height from the ground,the tested tire noise decreased.When evaluating the low noise tire,a new synthetic noise sound pressure level should be constructed from the maximum value of the center frequency noise pressure level of the octave of each position.
