      从硫化体系和补强体系入手优化全钢载重子午线轮胎的胎肩垫胶配方。结果表明:与半有效硫化体系胶料相比,普通硫化体系全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶的硫化速度略慢,物理性能较好,耐热老化性能略差,生热略高,成品轮胎的耐久性能较好;添加白炭黑的胶料门尼粘度略高,门尼焦烧时间略短,硫化速度较慢;硬度、定伸应力和撕裂强度提高,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、回弹值降低,生热减小,工艺性能较差,需要调整混炼工艺;添加白炭黑的普通硫化体系胎肩垫胶的综合性能较好。
英文摘要:
      The shoulder wedge formula of truck and bus radial tire was optimized from vulcanization system and reinforcement system.The results showed that compared with the semi-effective vulcanization system,the curing rate of shoulder wedge compound of truck and bus radial tire with ordinary vulcanization system was slightly slower,physical properties were better,heat aging resistance were slightly worse,heat build-up was slightly higher,and endurance performance of finished tire was better.The Mooney viscosity of the compound with silica was slightly higher,Mooney scorch time was slightly shorter,and curing rate was slower,the hardness,modulus and tear strength increased,the tensile strength,elongation at break,rebound value,heat build-up decreased,and the processability was poor,and the mixing process need to be adjusted.The comprehensive performance of the shoulder wedge compound with common vulcanization system and silica was better.
