      设计一种橡胶金属牵引组件纵向刚度的新型试验方案,研究不同测量方式和加载方式对刚度测试结果的影响。结果表明:单边加载方式测量的刚度大于正反加载方式,打表测试的刚度大于系统测试;试验方案设计合理,满足试验要求,且能准确反映牵引组件纵向刚度,对牵引组件及同类产品的研发和试验有一定指导作用。
英文摘要:
      A new test program for the longitudinal stiffness of rubber metal traction components was designed,the effect of different measurement methods and loading methods on the stiffness test results was studied.The results showed that the stiffness measured by single side loading was higher than that of positive and negative loading,and the stiffness measured by dial gauge measured was higher than that of system testing.The design of test program was reasonable,meeting the test requirements,and could accurately reflect the longitudinal stiffness of traction components,which could guide the development and test of traction components and similar products.
