      研究电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定硫化胶中的氧化锌含量。采用干法灰化法对硫化胶进行前处理,灰化温度为550 ℃,灰分经无机酸溶解后,采用ICP-OES测定试样溶液中的锌含量。结果表明:锌含量测定标准曲线相关因数为0.999 91,检出限为0.005 mg·L-1;方法的加标回收率为99.3%~107.3%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于4%。ICP-OES法测定硫化胶中的氧化锌含量简便、快速,结果准确可靠。
英文摘要:
      The determination of zinc oxide content in vulcanizates by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES) method was studied.The vulcanizate was pretreated by dry ashing method,the ashing temperature was 550 ℃,the ash was dissolved by inorganic acid,and the zinc content in the sample solution was determinated by ICP-OES.The results showed that the correlation coefficient of the standard curve for the determination of zinc content was 0.999 91,and the detection limit was 0.005 mg·L-1.The recovery rate of spiked sample was 99.3% to 107.3%,and the relative standard deviation of the measurement results was less than 4%.The ICP-OES method was simple,rapid and accurate for the determination of zinc oxide content in vulcanizates.
