      研究以VNB(5-乙烯基-2-降冰片烯)为第三单体的三元乙丙橡胶(VNB-EPDM)胶料的耐热氧老化性能,并与以ENB(5-亚乙基-2-降冰片烯)为第三单体的EPDM(ENB-EPDM)和二元乙丙橡胶(EPM)对比。结果表明:与ENB-EPDM胶料相比,VNB-EPDM胶料的硫化速度较快,交联程度较高,耐高温性能更好;以VNB-EPDM作为主体材料,采用过氧化物硫化体系和防老剂445/MB/TMQ(并用比为1/1/1)的复合防护体系,胶料的耐高温(175 ℃)性能与价格较高的乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶相当,可用于制备耐高温橡胶制品。
英文摘要:
      The heat and oxygen aging properties of VNB(5-vinyl-2-norbornene) as the third monomer of EPDM(VNB-EPDM) as well as ENB(5-ethylene-2-norbornene)-EPDM and ethylene propylene rubber(EPM)were discussed.The results showed that compared with ENB-EPDM compound,VNB-EPDM compound had faster curing speed,higher crosslinking degree,and relatively high temperature resistance,by utilizing VNB-EPDM as the main material,and using peroxide as vulcanizing agent,the antioxidant composite system of antioxidant 445/MB/TMQ(1/1/1),the properties of high temperature(175 ℃) resistance was similar as AEM,which could be used to make high temperature resistant rubber products.
