      研究硫化活性剂AK-1在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:低锌含量的硫化活性剂AK-1等量代替间接法ZnO应用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中,其胶料的加工性能、物理性能和工艺性能以及成品轮胎的物理性能与使用间接法ZnO的胶料和成品轮胎基本相当,满足使用要求。
英文摘要:
      The application of curing activator AK-1 in sidewall of truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The result showed that the curing activator AK-1 could replace the indirect method zinc oxide to be used in the sidewall of truck and bus radial tire in equal amount,and the processing property,physical properties and extrusion property of compound using curing activator AK-1 as well as the physical properties of finished tire were basically equivalent to that of compound using indirect method zinc oxide as well as finished tire,which met the requirements of use,while significantly reducing the zinc content of compound,to meet environmental regulations.
