中文摘要:
      制备尼龙66短纤维/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料,并研究尼龙短纤维用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:尼龙短纤维可以提高胶料的定伸应力和撕裂强度,当尼龙短纤维用量为4份时,尼龙短纤维/NR复合材料的综合物理性能最好;添加尼龙短纤维增大了填料有效体积,提高了对橡胶分子链的束缚,使橡胶分子在剪切作用力下运动受阻,提高了抵抗外力变形的能力;尼龙短纤维降低了NR胶料的玻璃化温度,有利于NR胶料在低温下使用。
英文摘要:
      Nylon 66 short fiber/natural rubber(NR) composites were prepared and the effect of the amount of nylon short fiber on the their properties were studied.The results showed that,nylon short fibers could improve the tensile stress and tear strength of the compound.When the amount of nylon short fibers was 4 phr,the comprehensive physical properties of nylon short fibers/NR composite were the best,nylon short fibers increased the filler effective volume,improved the binding of rubber molecular chains,obstructed the movement of rubber molecules under shear stress,and increased resistance to external force and deformation.The nylon short fiber reduced the glass transition temperature of NR compound,which was beneficial to use NR compound at low temperature.
