中文摘要:
      研究热脱附气相色谱-质谱联用进行硫化胶中常用促进剂的定性分析。结果表明:当特征反应产物仅有苯并噻唑基团时,可判定为促进剂MBT或MBTS;当除苯并噻唑基团外,还有对应促进剂反应产物中的其他基团时,可以判定次磺酰胺类促进剂的具体种类。该方法可直接分析硫化胶固体样品,有效避免促进剂特征产物的丢失,结果准确可靠。
英文摘要:
      The application of thermal desorption gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in qualitative analysis of accelerator in vulcanizates was studied.The results showed that,when the characteristic reaction product only had a benzothiazole group,it could be determined as accelerator MBT or MBTS;when in addition to the benzothiazole group,there was other groups correspond to the reaction product of the accelerator,the specific types of sulfenamide accelerator could be determined.The method could directly analyze the solid vulcanizate sample,effectively avoiding the loss of the accelerator characteristic product,and the analysis result was accurate and reliable.
