      介绍一种硫化胶耐磨性能评价新方法。将硫化胶薄片在磨砂玻璃表面摩擦,然后对摩擦区域进行扫描电子显微镜微观成像,并对图像中的山脊状斑纹进行分析,发现平均山脊状斑纹间距与硫化胶耐磨性能存在一定相关性。一般来说,硫化胶耐磨性能越差,山脊状斑纹间距越大。该方法具有参考意义,但有待进一步完善。
英文摘要:
      A new evaluation method for the wear resistance of vulcanizate was introduced.The vulcanizate sheet was rubbed on the surface of the frosted glass.Then the friction region was imaged by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the ridge marking appeared in the images was analyzed.It was found that there was a certain correlation between the average ridge spacing and the wear resistance of vulcanizate.In general,the worse the wear resistance of vulcanizate was,the larger the average ridge spacing was.This method had a certain reference value,but need to be further improved.
