      通过折动抵抗试验,研究改善汽车玻璃导槽密封条滑动性能从而减少玻璃升降过程中的玻璃卡滞和异响问题,探讨汽车玻璃导槽密封条折动抵抗试验的影响因素。结果表明,对于相同试样,不同的折动抵抗试验条件如玻璃插入方式、导槽装配位置确定方式、初始力值归零等对测试结果影响较大。折动抵抗试验应采用标准化方法,提高测试结果的准确性和稳定性。
英文摘要:
      By means of folding resistance test,the sliding performance of automobile glass guide groove sealing strip was improved to reduce glass sticking and the noise during glass lifting.The influence factors of folding resistance test of automobile glass guide groove sealing strip were discussed.The results showed that the folding resistance test conditions,such as glass insertion method,positioning of guide groove assembly and zeroing of initial force,had great influence on the test results.Standardized method should be adopted in folding resistance test to improve the accuracy and stability of test results.
