      飞机起落架作动筒中常用丁腈橡胶密封圈进行密封,丁腈橡胶密封圈的质量对密封效果影响较大,关系到飞机起落架正常收放和飞行安全,本文模仿了丁腈橡胶密封圈在起落架动筒实际应用状态对密封圈在15号液压油中进行了分段浸油、施压浸油、以及浸油后晾置试验。试验结果表明,在这3种试验条件下,密封圈经过浸泡液压油以后,其内径、外径、截面尺寸变大,硬度值变小。密封圈离开液压油后,随着时间的增长,其内径、外径和截面尺寸数据逐渐缩小,硬度值是逐渐变大。在实际应用中,密封胶圈在安装前,应先在液压油中按照要求浸泡至规定的时间,然后在2天内安装至飞机起落架活塞密封槽中,可避免密封圈对作动筒内壁的压力引起的偏转。

      NBR sealing rings were often used in aircraft landing gear actuator cylinder.The quality of NBR sealing rings had great influence on the sealing effect,which was related to the normal retraction of aircraft landing gear and the flight safety.The practical application conditions of NBR seal ring in the aircraft landing gear were simulated,and the subsection immersion oiled,pressure immersion oiled,and post-immersion test of NBR seal ring in No.15 hydraulic oil were conducted.The results showed that,under the three test conditions,after soaked in hydraulic oil,the inner diameter,outer diameter and cross-section dimension of sealing ring increased,and the hardness decreased.After being removed from the hydraulic oil,with the increase of airing time,the inner diameter,outer diameter and cross-section dimension gradually decreased,the hardness gradually increased.In actual application,the sealing ring should be soaked in the hydraulic oil to the specified time before being installed in the aircraft landing gear piston sealing grove within 2 days,so as to avoid deflection caused by the pressure of the sealing ring on the inner wall of the actuator cylinder.diameter and cross section data gradually reduced, the hardness value is gradually increased. In actual application, the sealing ring should be soaked in the hydraulicoil to the specified time before installed in the aircraft landing gear piston sealing grove within 2 days, so as to avoid deflection caused by the pressure of the sealing ring on the inner wall of the actuator cylinder.
