      介绍12.00R20 20PR中短途载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径　1 122 mm，断面宽　310 mm，行驶面宽度　242 mm，行驶面弧度高　8.2 mm，胎圈着合直径　509 mm，胎圈着合宽度　230 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2）　1.114，胎面花纹采用中央纵向花纹块加横向曲折沟槽设计，花纹深度　18.5 mm，花纹周节数　58，花纹饱和度　69.4%。施工设计：胎面采用两方两块结构，1#和2#带束层采用3＋9＋15×0.225HT钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线，胎体采用0.25＋6＋12×0.225HT钢丝帘线。采用二次法成型机成型，蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明：成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应国家和企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 12.00R20 20PR truck and bus radial tire for short and medium diatance was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter　1 222 mm，cross-sectional width　310 mm，width of running surface　242 mm，arc height of running surface　8.2 mm，bead diameter at rim seat　509 mm，bead width at rim seat　230 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2）　1.114，central longitudinal block and lateral meandering groove design for tread pattern，pattern depth　18.5 mm，number of pattern pitches　58，and block/total ratio　69.4%.In construction design，the following processes were taken：two-formula and two-piece structure for tread，3＋9＋15×0.225HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belts，5×0.35HI steel cord for 3# belt，3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt，0.25＋6＋12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass ply，and using two stage building machine to build tire and steam press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength，endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of corresonding standards.
