      以丁腈橡胶油封为例,介绍不同温度下橡胶油封单位径向力的测试与计算。结果表明:采用高低温材料试验机测试的油封材料拉伸和压缩弹性模量以及采用高温径向力测量仪测试的油封单位径向力均随着温度的升高而降低;根据工程计算法,采用材料拉伸弹性模量计算得出的油封单位径向力比采用压缩模量计算得出的油封单位径向力更接近实测的油封单位径向力;采用材料50%拉伸率下弹性模量计算出的油封单位径向力与实测的油封单位径向力最接近,误差不超过5%,50%拉伸率下弹性模量计算出的油封单位径向力具有较好的工程应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Taking the nitrile rubber oil seal as an example,the test and calculation of the unit radial force of the oil seal at different temperatures were introduced. The results showed that the tensile and compressive elastic modulus of the oil seal material and the unit radial force of the oil seal decreased with the increase of temperature. According to the engineering calculation method,the unit radial force of the oil seal calculated by using the tensile modulus of the material was closer to the measured value than that calculated by using the compressive modulus. When the elastic modulus of the material at 50% elongation was used,the calculated unit radial force was the closest to the measured value,and the error was within 5%. Thus,the unit radial force calculated by using the elastic modulus at 50% elongation had good engineering application value.
